Russell Joseph Eldred

Russell J. Eldred “Staub” age 51 of Albion passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 14, 2017. He was born March 5, 1966 in Albion to Terry and Angelina (Hernandez) Eldred. He married Jodee Conley on September 26, 1998 in Albion.

Rusty was an avid U of M fan and enjoyed playing golf. He was a dedicated son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his family, especially at Miller’s Time Out watching the Wolverines play.

In addition to Jodee, his wife of almost 19 years, he will be dearly missed by his parents, Terry and Angie Eldred; 6 children: John Michael (fiancé, Ashley VanSplintern) Eldred, Casey-Ann Eldred, Megan Eldred, Hailee-Mae Eldred, Emerson Eldred and Anastasia Eldred; 6 grandchildren: Alycia, Noah, Aubrey, Kaitlin, Paris and Natalie; brothers: James Eldred of Denver, CO, Brent Eldred of Highlands Ranch, CO, Mark (Jodi) Eldred of Battle Creek, MI, sister, Jan (Dave) Hundley of Saginaw, MI; 7 brothers and sisters-in-laws and their spouses; 13 nieces, 8 nephews, 1 great niece and many other extended family members and friends.

Rusty will be greatly missed. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. Two dinners to celebrate his life were held on Sunday and Monday, September 17th & 18th.
