Thelma was a dear friend that we met through the Coldwater F.M. Church when I filled in as a short term pastor there. She was always an encouragement to me. We are in FL for the winter and have for that reason been unable to visit her. Our prayers are with the family in this difficult time.

Sorry to hear of Thelma's passing. I will miss seeing her at church and at Burnside. She was always welcoming and friendly. My granddaughter and I sat with her at the Mother Daughter Banquet a couple of years ago.

Thelma was a wonderful friend to all and helped my mother, Gladys Wilson, at the Albion Lettershop Service for many years. Don’t grieve as she’s happy with our Lord right now. RIP, dear lady.

Thelma was a true treasure to all blessed to share her journey. A woman of clear values, strong principles, sustaining faith and endless compassion. She was quick to say yes to every request, incredibly proud of her beloved family, always tolerant and believing the best in others. I can recall her and Leroy inviting me to their home to see a rare night blooming plant they had nurtured. They were in awe—an appreciation for beauty that was always evident in their lives. She never outgrew the wonder and awe of life here, so I can only imagine her ecstatic joy to see heaven and feel the reunion it holds. Thank you, God, for Thelma—a Face to love!
