OBITUARY

Charlene Coulter

April 9, 1941February 6, 2020

Charlene H. Coulter of Maryville, went to her Heavenly home on February 6, 2020. A loving mother and grandmother devoted to family and her firm belief in God.

Preceded in death by her best friend and husband, Edwin "Ray" Coulter; mother, Janie Lucille Morgan; father, Chester Hudgens; brothers, James "Phil" Hudgens and Ronald Hudgens.

Survived by her children, Robert "Bobby" Coulter (Melissa), Sharon Fields (Wendell), and Karen Dykes (Jimmy); brother, Ricky Hudgens (Carolyn); grandchildren, Crystal Bannon, Sandy Bandy, Melissa Sloan (Race), Kelly Jenkins, Jessica Fields, Caitlin Harvey (Ethan); 12 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandson, Ryan Hines; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 9, 2020 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Third Street Baptist Church, 411 Third Street, Maryville, TN 37804. The funeral service will follow at 6:00pm officiated by Pastor Steve Hickman. Interment will take place on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Hwy, Alcoa, TN 37701.

Flowers for the service should be delivered to Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920 prior to Sunday, February 9, 2020 at 12:00 pm. Deliveries after 2:00 pm on Sunday should be brought directly to Third Street Baptist Church, 411 Third Street, Maryville, TN 37804.

So many memories hard to chose just one.She was just a loving woman.I remember her beautiful smile always warmed my heart.I will never forget her laugh her voice and her big beautiful heart that welcomed me and my kids all those years ago.We will never forget her love.
