

Connie Marie Miller, age 76, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on May 25, 2026. Connie was a faithful Christian woman whose love for the Lord was evident in the way she lived her life and cared for others. She retired from Oak Ridge National Laboratory after 33 years of dedicated service.
Connie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She was a faithful member of Ball Camp Baptist Church for more than 40 years, where she served as a teacher and deaconess. She enjoyed camping, visiting the beach, and spending time in the mountains, but most of all she cherished the time spent with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Wilma Troutman; and son, Daniel Brashears.
Connie is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Kenneth G. Miller; son, Shannon Brashears; step-children, Theresa (Bill) Snover and Kelvin (Dori) Miller; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Juanita (Terry) Snyder, Carol (Dan) Humphrey, Steve (Celeste) Troutman, Linda (Wylie) McCroskey, and David (Laura) Troutman; along with many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Ball Camp Baptist Church from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a Funeral Service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Family and friends will meet at Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service.
