David Fields, age 75, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Saturday July 11, 2015. He was a deacon at Bethlehem Baptist Church and retired from Rock Tenn. He was preceded in death by his wife Alberta “Birtie” Fields; his daughters, Karen Fields and Linda Green; and parents Joe and Linda Fields. He is survived by his children, Wayne (Rhonda), Tim (Renee), Patricia (Danny), Angie, Sammy, Diane, Frances; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and his brother, Charlie.
Family will receive friends from 11:00-1:00pm on Tuesday July 14, 2015, in the mausoleum chapel of Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens. A funeral service will follow at 1:00pm with Rev. Louis Branch officiating.
