Evelyn Canfield, age 93 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on May 21, 2016. She was a strong and well-spoken woman. She loved to walk and stayed very active. She loved her family and sharing memories from her time living on a farm. She was looking forward to seeing her family in heaven. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Whitehead; second husband, Harold Canfield; and many brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son and daughter-in law, Clarence and Joann Whitehead; grandsons, Richard and Eric Whitehead; and sister, Helen Smith. Condolences may be offered at www.sherwoodchapel.net.
