Janice Lee Hudson, age 68 of Knoxville went home to be with the Lord on December 6, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Gerald and Emily Preiss and a member of New Covenant Fellowship. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. Janice had previously worked at the Days Inn and at Suburban Dry Cleaners. Survivors include her husband Theodore “Ted” Hudson; children: Virginia (Brian) Packett, Andrea (Jerry) Foust and Jeremiah (Deanna) Hudson; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 3-5 PM in the Sherwood Chapel with a Memorial Service following at 5:00 pm.
