Jerry Allan Scott

Jerry Allan Scott, age 79, of Maryville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at home. He served a total of 22 years in the USAF, with assignments in the USA, Greece, Turkey, and Germany. Jerry enjoyed worldwide travel, family, and travel with grandchildren. Jerry was a committed Christian and a Servant of God. He loved his fellow citizens on Earth and is now at rest in the knowledge that we will meet again at the appointed time. He was a member of Madison Ave. Baptist Church in Maryville, TN.

Preceded in death by parents, Vernon and Myrtle Harrell Scott; brother, William "Billy" Scott.

Survived by spouse, Earlene Estes Scott; son, Jeffrey A. Scott of Columbus, OH; daughters, Julia Keibler of Georgetown, IN, Janna Tuller (Tim) of Hillsboro, OH; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; brothers, Roy Scott and Larry Gilliam; sister, Lois (Harry) Wright.

The family welcomes friends to a memorial service with military honors on November 8, 2024, at 2pm, at East Tennessee State Veteran's Cemetery, 2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920.
