He was preceded in passing by his parents, Joe and Nancy Graves; grandparents, Alpha and Elmer Huskey and Betty and Edd Graves.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories son, Zachary Storm Graves; sister, Lisa (Rocky) Atchley; nieces, Addison Jade (Alex) Wyckoff, Elizabeth Chattin Atchley, Nancianne Saylor Atchley and many extended family members and friends. Services for Joe will be private.
