John Harold Payne, age 73, of Alcoa, Tennessee passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 7, 2025. He was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors.
He is preceded in death by his mother Dorothy Payne Shamblin. John is survived by his sisters Beverly (Larry) McNeilly and Ann (Marvin) Sutton; his brother David Payne; a special cousin Linda Ball and many other cousins, nieces and nephews.
