
Myra Joanna Martin Graves, age 93 of Louisville, TN passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 12, 2023. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt who family and friends will greatly miss.
Myra was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Charles Graves; parents Walter and Betty Martin; siblings Fisher, Vurden, and Abe Martin. Survivors include daughter, Cecilia Lohr and husband, Ronnie, of Friendsville; sons, Charles “Chuck” Graves of Englewood, Curtis Graves and wife LeAnn of Maryville, and Carcie Graves and wife Suzanne of Louisville; five grandchildren, Autumn Green (Justin), Katie Louallen (Ryan), Indianna Graves, Tyler Graves, and Ava Graves; two great-grandchildren, Beckett and Everly Green; and special nephew Vurden “Donnie” Martin and wife Cathy of Burbank, CA.
The family would like to extend its appreciation for the excellent care provided by the staff of UT Hospice.
The family will honor Myra on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Sherwood Chapel & Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Highway, Alcoa, TN 37701 in The Good Shepherd Mausoleum Chapel, with a visitation from 1:00pm to 2:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00pm, a committal to follow directly following the funeral service at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
