Raymond Michael Hale

Raymond Michael Hale born June 1st, 1960, in Richlands, VA passed away August 8th, 2025 in Greenback, TN following a long illness. He was the son of the late Ruth Vern Wyatt and Raymond Hale. He was a graduate of Richlands High School, Class of 1979. He attended Southwest Virginia Community College and went on to earn his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Architecture. His pleasures in life included amusement parks, roller coasters, music, NASCAR and favorite team, the Tennessee Vols. His greatest pleasure was spending time with his wife and family, and his grandchildren being his pride and joys.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Christy Lee Bond and brother-in-law William Sandy Bond, of the home. His daughter Rebecca and husband Jason Casey of North Tazewell, VA. His son Jason Michael Hale of Knoxville, TN. Grandchildren, Aaron Taylor Allison and fiancé Brittani and Erik Andrew Allison of North Tazewell, VA. Kira Nichole Hale, Treyston Marcus Biggs and wife, Jason Michael Hale Jr and wife of Knoxville, TN. Riley Michael Hale and Isaiah Andrew Hale of Lenoir City, TN and three Great Grandchildren. His sister Angie and husband Ben Addison of Richlands, VA and brother Brian Keith Hale of Johnson City, TN.

In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his brother David.

Memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society in his name.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
