Ronald Elwood Brandt

Born to Newton Charles Brandt and Nona Mae Edsall in Watonga, Oklahoma on December 30,1942, passed around 5:15pm January 31st, 2025. My dad was the best husband to Linda A. Brower Brandt and father to 5 kids. Mike Brandt, wife Melody of Bridgecreek, Oklahoma. Machelle Brandt Hutchinson, husband Steven Louisville, TN. Dawn Brandt Paschal Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Ernest Brandt, wife Angel, Oklahoma City, Robert Brandt wife Trish of Chickasha, Oklahoma. He was a Grandpa to Brookelynn Paschal, Bryon Brandt, Faythe Brandt, Nikki Blackburn, Amber Davis, Rhonda Setters, Garrett Kirkland, Kasie Brandt, Melanie Brandt, Stormi Laney. He had a big handful of great-grands, nephew Kevin Brandt, Kelley Brandt-Mayfield, Kristi Brandt-Wilcox.

Preceded in death by his Father Newton Brandt, mother Nona Mae Brandt; Brother Edward Brandt and son-in-law John Paschal.

Ronald had so much love for each and every one in his family, and his kindness stretched beyond to even strangers. He had a great love for all animals and nature, but tended to favor rabbits more than other animals. Through his life, he stayed true to being a proud Oklahoma State Cowboy fan, as well as having a love for his favorite show, "Heartland" that he continuously watched reruns of. Everything about him will be missed, from his humor that contained a mountain of crazy jokes and ideas to the way he could find a conversation with anyone he met.
