We are so very sorry for your loss. We look forward to the time when this Bible verse is fulfilled. Revelation 21:4 says “he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” It is nice to think of the time when we will not have to deal with loosing love ones anymore and are able to welcome back those we have lost in death.

The thought of losing a love one to death can be overwhelming. But, the hope of knowing that the Bible says, " those powerless in death will live again." ( Isaiah 26:19) This is a hope found in God's word. Shelverton knew of this hope and welcomed it. He imagined the relief that all mankind will experience.......When death is gone! (Revelation 21: 3 &4)

Larry & I really enjoyed meeting
Shelverton some months back.
We wish we could have known him
Longer but as one of Jehovah's Witnesses we know he longed
For the time when his health would
Be restored as Isaiah 33:24 promises, " and no one will say, I am sick". We look forward to getting to know him better
When he is resurrected to life in Paradise on earth. We send our condolences to the family he has left behind, especially our dear sister, Cassandra Winston .

We are saddened by the loss of our brother in the faith, Brother Willis but also wanted to share words of comfort to his family. What a loving God we have in Jehovah knowing of the hope he gives with his promise of the resurrection. As he promises at Acts 24:15 a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous. And since he is a loving God also gives promise to those who are grieving at Isaiah 41:10 where he promises to fortify and hold on to us with his right hand of righteousness telling us not to be afraid. We know that Sister Winston takes comfort in this also. We attend the same Kingdom Hall as she. Again please take comfort from Jehovah's promises.

It is so sad when someone we know passes away. Shelverton will be greatly missed by his family and friends. 2 Cor. 1:3,4 shows that Jehovah God is aware of our loss and is described as “the God of all comfort.” The bible at 1 Cor. 15:26 also describes death as an enemy that will be “brought to nothing.” We look forward to the future when we will be able to live the life that Jehovah intended for us.
