Vernon Robert "Charlie" Brown, Jr., 81, of Knoxville, TN, passed away on February 1, 2024. He served in the US Navy from 1960 to 1979. Vernon, known as Charlie to his loved ones, was born on January 8, 1943.
Charlie is survived by his former wife and mother of his children, Bonnie Brown, as well as his sons Arie Brown, Eric Brown, and Chris Brown. He is also survived by his brothers Bobby Elmore and Charles Samuel Brown. He is preceded in death by his mother Ann Lois Brown, father Vernon R. Brown and sister Barbara Ann Carabajal.
