Hatcher, William T. Jr. (Bill), 79, of Maryville passed away Sunday May 25, 2014 at Kindred Care Healthcare Center in Maryville. Bill was born April 15, 1935 to William T. Sr. & Etta Hatcher who preceded him in death. Also preceded in death by wife Lucille Lane Hatcher, brother James Hatcher, sister & brother-in-law Louise and Jack Grooms. He is survived by step-daughter & son-in-law Patricia and Gary Elder, son Bernie Hatcher of New Mexico, daughter Suzanna of New Mexico, brother & sister-in-law Max & Lila Hatcher, sister Lucille Follis, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill always said his greatest accomplishment in life was the day he met Jesus Christ as his Savior. He joined Miller’s Cove Primitive Baptist Church on March 6, 1988. No matter how confused he got in his later years, he always remembered the day he got saved. Service will be on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 2:00pm at Sherwood Chapel with Rev. Ronald Inman officiating.
