A Celebration of Life for close friends and family will be held on Sunday, March 8th, from noon to 3pm, at the First Memorial Funeral Services building, at 27555 - 31st Avenue, Aldergrove, B.C.
Jim was born in Vancouver in 1933, the 2nd child of 8, his parents being Evelyn and Harry Bosley.
In June 1954, Jim married the love of his life, Beverley Day. In September of 1955, they had a son, Dan, and in December of 1956, they had a daughter, Janine.
Jim had an innate artistic talent, and it led him to a career in signpainting, and his own business, Screenguild Signs, which he ran until his retirement in the early 90's.
Survivors include his son and his wife, Dan and Diane, his daughter Jan, grandchildren Mark, Shannon and her husband Marnix, and great grandson Eli.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
