Born Denton Sussex, England, 1931 – February, 2017 Nurse – pediatrics, Great Ormond St. London, U.K. General nursing - Middlesex Hospital, London, Psychiatric nurse - St. Vincent’s Hospital, Vancouver. Wife of 59 years to Dr. Edwin Stockdale, loving mother of Peter, Jane and David. Grandmother of Julia, Nicole and Andrew. Thank you to all the friends who shared her life especially to the extended family in Alberta – Barbara, Merlin, Letitia and Zach. Thank you for the help and kindness of Dr. Rita Wiltmann - Cardiologist and Dr. David B. Chapman - family physician and their office staff. She was a lovely lady, friend and good to be with. We regretfully say goodbye and ask you to blow her a kiss instead of flowers. May your days be a little better when you think of her.
