Billie C. Fitzgibbon, age 86, of Russellville, passed away November 29, 2023, at St. Mary’s in Russellville. She was born August 20, 1937, to the late William C. Howell and Emma (Stinson) Howell in Little Rock. Billie is also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond D. Fitzgibbon.
Billie attended Victoria College in Victoria, Texas for a few years. She was the secretary to State Farm agent Craig Campbell in Russellville. Billie was a member of First Baptist Church in Russellville, where she was active and loved her church family.
Billie is survived by her daughter, Valerie Jean of Rover; son, William R. Fitzgibbon of Rogers; grandson, Jared P. Fitzgibbon of Portland, OR, granddaughter, Justine R. Fitzgibbon, of Rogers; great-grandsons, Calum and Ronan Fitzgibbon of Portland, OR, great-grandson, Bladen Garrison of Rogers; and brother, William C. Howell, Jr. of Russellville.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Pinecrest Funeral Home, Alexander.
