Billy was my baby brother and we loved each other dearly. Billy tried to follow in some of my footsteps, joined the USMC as I did and play ball as i i never knew if he could hit a ball further than i could however. I know he was a great husband, father and and family person.

Losing the one you love is so hard. And so I’m praying hard for you—for peace, for comfort, for whatever you need right now.
Billy always kept us laughing at work when he was security for ACH. He had a kind heart and a lot of love for his wife. Love you Linda

I remember Billy as a very nice person whom I went to school with. The Barnes girls from Bryant wanted to extend our condolences out to the family! My mother Marilyn also wanted to pray for all family.

I have always been proud of you and appreciated your service and sacrifices over the years. Obviously you and I shared a greater bond with each other because of the common service and sacrifices we experienced together. We both made our choices and helped each other along the way. I will miss you greatly and there will be an emptiness in my heart that will never be filled. Love you and rest well my brother.

I loved my uncle Billy when I was a kid and he was at my house I was about 5 years old and there was a knock at the door . I ran to open it and there was a man and lady standing there .I shut the door and ran into where my uncle Billy was and said there's a monster at the door. So he went open the door and there stood his brother and his wife Joe Bryant and Liz Bryant Uncle Billy introduced me to my daddy and his wife then my uncle billy pick me up in his arms and said this is no monster its your father he wont hurt u . I was safe in my uncle Bill's arms . I'll never forget that day as long as I live .uncle billy i will miss u so very much and when i close my eyes u will be with me in my heart and dreams . You made my cousin so happy. You were the best thing that happened to Linda and her/your family. No words can express how much you are loved and will be missed. We should all strive to be what you were to so many of us, kind, loving, and giving. Missing you so very much. Our hearts are broken. There will never be another you.

Papa Bill was such an amazing great grand dad to Deklynn (Ducky) & Rhett, we count it a privilege to share the same “Grands” with he and Linda. Those kids loved him so much, today Ducky asked me to make sure and tell him how much she loves him when I get to heaven. I guess she thinks it won’t be long before I am there at my ancient age! So glad to know we will meet again on that beautiful shore!
