Carl Lewis Blankenship, age 77, passed from our lives on 12/9/2022 after a long-fought battle with melanoma. He was born 12/28/1945 to Warren & Edna Blankenship in Little Rock, Ar. He is survived by his wife Julia Fox Blankenship, his daughter Kim (Joe) Goodson; granddaughters Kaitlin Michelle Crosby and Megan (Matt) Garrett; and great-grandchildren Liam & Palmer Crosby.
A private memorial service will be held for family. Remembrances may be made to Arkansas Hospice. We give our thanks to the staff at UAMS – Oncology & to our caregivers at Arkansas Hospice.
