She was born December 17, 1931, in Hazen, Arkansas, to Embery and Anna Bell Jones. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harry Norris, Jr., son, Harry Alvin Norris III, and by three siblings, Ralph Jones, Aleta Faye Riddle, and Frances Jackson.
Mrs. Norris worked as an LPN for many years.
She is survived by her children, Susan Young (Rick) of Little Rock, Phillip Alan Norris (Mona) of Benton, and Kimberly Gray (Stanley) of Ward; daughter-in-law, Sharon Norris of Little Rock; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday, November 13, at 1:00 p.m. at Pinecrest Funeral Home in Alexander.
