She is preceded in death by her husband William Henry Newell Jr., her parents, a brother, Paul Ausbrooks, and a sister Hazel Bell.
Doris is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, her husbands three children, four grandchildren and one great granchild.
She was a member of Lafitte Baptist Church in Saraland, AL. A special thanks to her Pastor, Billy Kendrick.
A funeral service will be held on June 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM with a visitation starting one hour prior at 9:00 AM at Pincrest Funeral Home in Alexander, AR. Burial will follow the service at New Rosemont Cemetery in Benton, AR.
