Edmund Andrew “Andy” Stoddard was born on September 14, 1966, in Nevada, Missouri, to Edmund A. Stoddard and Earline (Hallam) Stoddard. Andy was a resident at Conway Human Development Center for most of his adult life, where he received both therapeutic and social/emotional programming services. He appreciated and participated in the activities and enrichments provided by CHDC, that included his classes, going swimming, and attending chapel services.
Andy was an easy-going young man who loved seeing his mom come to visit. He loved music, liked to eat (especially his mother’s cookies) and rocking in his recliner as he watched those about him. He enjoyed being surrounded by family, both his biological family and his CHDC family.
He journeyed to be with his Savior on August 20, 2021. He was preceded in death by his dad in 2009. Andy is survived by his mother, Earline Stoddard of Bryant; Ellen (Ron) Boling of Searcy; Charles (Denise) Stoddard of Paragould; and Chad (Victoria) Stoddard of Marked Tree, all of Arkansas. He is also survived by four nieces – Maeria Boling, Elizabeth Stoddard, Kaitlyn Stoddard, and Abby Stoddard and five nephews – Noah (Hannah) Stoddard, Michael Boling, Andrew Stoddard, Ayden Boling, and Alan “AJ” Boling. He was also blessed to know a great nephew, Carter King, and a great niece, Ella Stoddard.
He is now in his new home in Heaven with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to be made to the Children’s Ministry at Southside Community Church in Paragould, Arkansas.
