Elizabeth "Charlene" Linebarger

Elizabeth “Charlene” Lucy Linebarger passed away January 17, 2022 at the age of 85. Charlene was one of nine children born to Herman and Virgie (Leabold) Lucy. Charlene married Bernard “Bubba” Linebarger in 1951 and they shared 35 years together before his death in 1986. Charlene leaves behind her son Charles Bernard (Wanda) Linebarger; granddaughter, Lesley (Keith) Matthews; great grandchildren: Eli Cade and Claire Elizabeth Matthews; sister, Lessie O’Bryant; three brothers: Bob, Headrick, and Carl Lucy; and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her good friend Jackie Teague. Charlene was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Dub Lucy, Helen Rickett, Marie Abbott and Mary Lee Lawson.
