James Robert Gray, age 80, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024. He was born on August 31,1943 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to parents Howard and Helen Lederer. In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his brother, Gary Gray.
Those left to cherish James' memory include his son, Robert Gray and wife, Lori; his grandson, Curtis Myrick and wife, Brooke; granddaughter, Sydney Hamilton, as well as great-grandchildren, Chase Myrick, Malachi Hamilton, and Maverick Hamilton.
James was known for his strong-willed nature, yet he was regarded as a remarkably good man who always sought the best for those around him. His practical mindset led him to be a problem-solver; whenever faced with an issue, he would tirelessly work towards finding solutions. This trait, admired by many, was one he proudly passed on to his son, Robert.
He took immense pride in his family and their accomplishments, especially in his son Robert, and his grandson Curtis. James had a keen and inventive mind, spending his life as a master inventor, creating numerous innovative products. His dedication to his work reflected his strong work ethic and intelligence.
A graveside for James will be held Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Pinecrest Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 7401 HIGHWAY 5 N, ALEXANDER, Arkansas 72002.
