Jayne Ann (Stoyanov) Benetz

Born on January 22, 1950, in St Louis, Jayne was glue that held her family together. Weather it was a Cub Scout meeting, Baseball or Football practice or an event at school she made sure everyone was where they needed and was usually involved. As the mother of two boys, Sports became 2nd nature to her. In the summers you could find her at the ballpark keeping score and cheering the loudest. Sometimes, having to watch games on 2 different fields at the same time. In the fall, the football field. She worked for various companies as their receptionist, finally retiring from Vestcom in 2015.

She had a passion for crafting. She was always knitting something. An Afghan for a friend or family members new baby, or toboggans for the winter and all things in between. She loved giving them as gifts and never turned down a request for something knitted.

She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church.

She is survived by her Husband Carl E. Benetz Jr. Her sons Eddie Benetz (Shannon) and Michael Benetz (Georgetta). 4 Grandchildren Alexis Toler (Jeremy) Tommy Grizzard (Julia) Brennan Benetz and Abigail Carrol (Colin). 6 Great Grandchildren and a host of Nieces and Nephews. Her Siblings Steve Stoyanov (Betty), Mick Stoyanov (Millie), Kathi Stoyanov. She was preceded in death by her Parents Steve and Evelyn Stoyanov.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

A visitation and rosary will take place on Thursday 6/25 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held on Friday 6/26 at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of Good Counsel with burial at Pinecrest Memorial Park to follow.
