

John Scott Miller, born on February 27, 1954, passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 71. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late James and Mary Louise Miller. In addition to his parents, Scott was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Grace Weglarz; and his beloved dog, Bubba. Scott was admired for his dedication and tireless work ethic, as well as his generosity, compassion, selflessness, loyalty, and unwavering devotion.
Scott dedicated twenty-one years of his career to Falcon Jet, where he worked diligently in refinishing aircrafts. His commitment and expertise were evident in every project he undertook.
Outside of his professional life, Scott was an avid speed skater and found great joy in skating. He had a passion for refinishing furniture and cherished time spent hunting and fishing. Scott was a member of a hunting club and loved being out on the water. His bond with his faithful companion, Bubba, reflected his kind heart and love for animals. He also found great joy in helping others, a natural extension of his generous spirit.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Susan Miller; daughter, Stacie Jackson; son-in-law, Paul Jackson; stepson, Chris Lane; granddaughter, Halie A. Buchanan; as well as many other beloved family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Pinecrest Funeral Home, located at 7401 Highway 5 N, Alexander, Arkansas, 72002, United States. The service is scheduled for December 18, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
