Marilyn Teresa Sanders, age 71, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025. Marilyn was born in Conway, Arkansas on September 23, 1954. She was a graduate of Mount St. Mary Academy in Little Rock. She worked for Southwestern Bell in Little Rock for es 25 years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Sanders, and also her father, Edward Peitz. She is survived by her mother, Agnes Blaylock, her brothers, Alan (Angie) Peitz, Eddie (Lisa) Peitz, Danny (Sandy) Peitz, all of Hot Springs, and Tony Peitz of Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also survived by her stepbrothers, Terry Blaylock, Chris Blaylock, stepsisters, Mary Jac Blaylock, Jamie Goodwin, and Trish Birch.
A graveside for Marilyn will be held Friday, October 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 HIGHWAY 5 N, ALEXANDER, AR 72002.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount St. Mary's Academy in Little Rock, or Dierksen Hospice in Hot Springs.
