My sincere condolences to Mary Ann's (Murt) family.

We went to Mabelvale School together since I was in the third grade, and graduated together in 1958. Murt was a wonderful athlete. She played basketball for the Mabelvale Lions. I cheered them on! After graduation we enjoyed seeing each other and catching up at the class reunions and the yearly Alumni reunions. She will be missed. May God give you peace during this difficult time.

Keri and family, We are So sad to hear this news. Mary Ann was a good person , great neighbor and we often talked of yard work. She didn’t mind it and I always said it isn’t my favorite. She will be greatly missed. We will be praying for Gods peace and comfort during this time. Lori and Bryan Ware (neighbors)

Kathy . . .

So sorry to learn of Mary's passing. I carry with me countless, happy childhood memories of the entire Morris family . . . you (my childhood and forever friend), your mom (my "second mom"), your dad (my dad's fishing buddy), and your two older sisters, Linda and Mary. Times spent in the big two-story house next to Nana's (and the occasional invite to join your family in partaking of one of your Mom's good home-cooked meals) are forever etched in my mind.

Be comforted in knowing the fulfillment of God's promise that Mary is now reunited with those loved ones who have gone before her and who were waiting on that other shore to welcome her to life everlasting.

Love to you and yours at this time of loss . . .

Mary Ann was devoted to her grand children and I remember sharing stories with her. They were her inspiration and she was so proud of them.

Mary Ann, “Mert”, was a special lady and friend. We graduated together and have remained friends through all these years. Love her and will miss her smile and laugh, loved her laugh. Will not be able to attend because of health issues but please know that I will be praying for your family during this time of such a loss.
