Mary Alice Buehler

Mary Alice Buehler, 89, of Bryant went to be with her Lord October 30, 2019. Born in 1930 in Byron, GA, Mary graduated from Georgia State College for Women with a Chemistry degree. She met the love of her life Edward Lee Buehler while working at UT Knoxville AG-Center. After moving to Arkansas Mary landed her dream job as a drug chemist with the State Crime Lab, a job she wanted when she graduated but was told women didn’t do. She spent her retirement years traveling and spending time with family. Mary was a member of Bryant First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Buehler, parents John Howard and Florence Hardison, two brothers Howard and Cason Hardison. Cherishing her memory are daughters, Lisa (Rick) Meyer and Leigh “Misty” (Terry) Conder and three grandchildren, Whitney Meyer, Devon and Cason Conder, brother Glenn Hardison and beloved extended family. Special thanks to the compasionate staff at Hospice Home Care. Visitation will be held Monday, November 4 at Pinecrest Funeral Home from 12 to 2 with memorial service at 2:00 and burial at Pinecrest. Memorials may be made to Bryant First United Methodist Church.
