Mary Ann Fleeger

Born to Frank Bacskowski and Alvina Czarny and she married the love of her life, Roger W. Fleeger, on May 9, 1952, and together they shared a devoted marriage until his passing. A dedicated homemaker, Mary Ann, also spent part of her life working in accounting, bringing diligence and care to everything she did.

Mary Ann was deeply involved in her church community and found joy in lifting her voice in the church choir. She also was part of the Sweet Adelines, where her love of harmony and fellowship shone brightly. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle humor left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

She is survived by her children: Gene C. Fleeger, Karen S. Huxen, Kathy L. Blough, and Kristy J. Fleeger-Lawrence; her grandchildren: Brandy A. Ruff, Edward B. Le Bouef, Michael Huxen, David Huxen, Chad Smith, Chase Smith, Caitlin Smith, Chance Smith, Scotty Lawrence, Cory Fleeger, Jade Shaw, Christopher Lawrence, and Brittany G. Lawrence; and her great-grandchildren: Austin Ruff, Grace Le Bouef, Katie Miller, Adelyn Smith, Olivia Smith, Lynleigh Lawrence, Levi Lawrence, Kaidence Lawrence, Zayden Lawrence, Kansli Lawrence, Micah Lawrence, Abbey Wilson, Kelsey Wilson, Julia Fleeger, Trinity Fleeger, Jonah Shaw, Cade Shaw, Presley Shaw, Carter Huxen, Lainey Huxen, Tate Huxen, and Tripp Huxen.

She is also survived by her siblings: Gerry Baczkowski.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roger, and her sister Lorreene Baczkowski.
