Celebrating the Life of Michael Javonn Holloway who was an amazing son, brother, grandson, cousin and friend to all those who knew him. He was an intelligent, creative, jokester who always found something fun to do or say to keep himself and others entertained. At the age of 15 he was wise beyond years due to a passion for history facts and skill of remembering data. Michael loved sports and would often watch classic basketball or football games to collect stats about historical sports figures or highlight plays. He was always in the mood for Popcorn or French Fries. Although he enjoyed sleeping in like most teens once he was up it was rare for him not to get outside and dribble the basketball to work on his handles as he would call it. Michael started working out diligently and daily since quarantine to get what he called his “Florida Body.” Tenacious and competitive he would be quick to accept a challenge even if the odds were against him. The Michael we know, love and will always remember was happy, cracking jokes about his dad’s hairline, talking about his sisters, constantly trying to kiss his mom when he saw dad showing her affection saying silly things like “let me get some of that or let me get in here.” The laughs we shared will forever fill our heart with fun memories yet leave a void of happiness that only our heavenly Father Jehovah can fill until we get to see your contagious smile again. This bright spirit has been a light to so many in such a short time that we can only further illuminate the joy and happiness which you so radiantly displayed.
Love,
Your Mom, Dad and Sisters
