A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, August 22nd at 11 AM at Midtowne Church, in Benton, Arkansas, with Pastor Doug Pruitt presiding. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park. It was a shock to read of the passing of Mike McCreight. Mr. McCreight served on the Bryant Board of Education during my tenure as elementary principal. Mr. McCreight was always fair and personable in his dealings and support of the schools.
My prayers for Barbara and his family. He will be sorely missed.

I worked for Mike at DDS in the years he was the Director. His dedication to service was unequalled. He earned the respect of all he touched and will be missed by many. May God comfort his family.

So sorry for your loss. It's been a while since I've seen you guys, but he was a terrific man, and a pretty good Trivial Pursuit player in the 80's as I recall.

I will never forget Mike. He is the reason that I am running the Arkansas Statewide Independent Living Council. (Ar SILC) When they called him for a reference on me, He said " Well it is good for you guys but not Pathfinder". What he meant is that he always commended me for my good works and the energy put into service for the disabled.
My daughter Maddie has been a consumer at the Jim Pickens Center for almost 10 years. We will not have it any other way.
I could always call him if I had a problem and he was always there to lend a ear.
His memories will live on in the disability community of Arkansas and the United States.

With deepest Sympathy
