Patricia Fitzhugh

Patricia graduated from Fairview High School in Camden AR and went on to become a Nurse and then a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arkansas Department of Health. She dedicated her life to serving the health needs of under privileged children in the State of Arkansas.

She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother and loved to travel. She has been to Ireland, Greece, Spain, Mexico, France, Isreal, Alaska and many other Countries and places in the U.S.

She is preceded in death by her husband Alexander Stuart Fitzhugh, her son Eric Butcher of Spring TX, son in law Marty Garrison, and parents Edward and Kathleen Patrick.

She is survived by her children Lisa Garrison of Bryant AR and Bruce (Jennifer) Fitzhugh of Nashville TN, as well as her blended family children, Mary (Pete) Parra of Atlanta GA, Alexis (Larry) Saunders of Nashville TN, Robert (Debbie) Fitzhugh of Ashland City TN, Stuart (Kelly) Fitzhugh of Griffin GA, Beverly (Neil) Dingley of Woodstock GA; and brothers Edward (Charlotte) Patrick of Cleburne TX, and Stephen (Kathy) Patrick of Batesville AR. Also survived by grandchildren Drew (Victoria) Garrison, Hannah (Brandon) Rodgers, Erica (Justin) Castleberry, Dustin (Ana) Butcher, Zoe Fitzhugh, Isabel Fitzhugh, Sophia Fitzhugh and Alaina Torres; Great-grand children Odin Garrison, Tynsley Hosford, Ryndon Butcher, and Riggs Castleberry.
