Roswitha E. Beene

Roswitha E. Beene, 68, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025. A devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Born to Oscar and Bertha Reiher, Roswitha lived a full life rooted in love, family, and hard work. She dedicated much of her career to the printing industry, where she was known for her reliability, diligence, and strong work ethic.

Outside of work, Roswitha had a passion for the outdoors. She found joy in gardening, caring for her beloved chickens, and camping — always finding peace and beauty in nature. Her nurturing spirit and down-to-earth nature were felt by everyone around her.

She is survived by her daughter Christina Rone-Weaver (Tommy), her sons Mark Rone Jr. and Jacob Padgett (Hannah), and her cherished grandchildren: Gavin Rone, Logan Weaver, Leah Weaver, Phoenix Rone, Angel Wall, Ryan Padgett, Josephine Padgett, and Virgil Padgett. She also leaves behind her great-grandson, Ezra Rone brother, Ottmar Reiher and sister Doris Fenn. Roswitha was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Beene, and her parents, .

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m., both at Pinecrest Funeral Home in Alexander, Arkansas. Interment will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Roswitha’s legacy of love, strength, and warmth will live on through the many lives she touched.
