She was born on January 25, 1928, in Holland, Arkansas, to the late Thomas Allen Mabry and Pearlie Mae Mabry.
Maxine was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to caring for her family. She enjoyed gardening and spending time outdoors.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Gorman Robinson, and her sister, Dorothy Mayfield.
Maxine is survived by her children: James Allen Robinson (Mary Ann), Richard Clay Robinson (Carolyn), and Vicki Ruth Shelton (Michael).
She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Clay Allen Robinson, Emily Marsh, and Kristen Shelton; and her beloved great-grandchildren: Kate Marsh, Oliver Marsh, Aven Robinson, Kaya Robinson, and Asher Robinson.
A graveside service will be held on Friday March 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM with a viewing starting at 12:30 at Pinecrest Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
