Virginia Turner

She was born to Mae Lou Milam Collins and Calvin Ace Shaw on January 5th, 1940. Virginia (known as Sissy to family and friends) was proceeded in death by her husband, Leo “Buddy” McClellan, and her husband George ”Bud” Turner, both parents, and three brothers, Kenneth W. Shaw, Calvin A. Shaw, and Michael W. Collins, two sisters, Juanita Hyatt, and Francis Pearl Yarbrough, step sister Betty Holland, and step brother Buck Collins, one stepson, Randy McClellan, and one grandson, Michael McClellan.

She leaves behind a daughter, Regina McClellan Pierce (Bob Rossell), and son Dale McClellan (Dana). Grandchildren – Ashley Crouch (Heath), and Kaylee Strong (Keith), and Josh McClellan. Great Grandchildren – Jaelyn Phillips, Blake Crouch, Avery Crouch, Kole Strong, Brinlee McClellan, Julius McClellan, and Jett McClellan. Four brothers, Alfred Dories (Reba), Jimmy R. Shaw (Daralyn), Robert E. Collins (Lillie Kay), and Stevie Collins. Three step brothers, Eugene Collins (Wanda), Ervin Collins (Regina), and Alfred Collins (Virginia), and one step sister, Bernice Sisco (Phil), and a host of many beloved nieces and nephews.

Virginia was beloved by all who knew her for her kind heart and love for life. She loved gardening, vacationing, playing horseshoes, cards, and dominoes. She supported all those who needed her and will be remembered by all those whom she touched and loved.
