He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray Skinner and Arsula Skinner, and his sister Linda Church.
He is survived by his wife Connie Skinner; daughter, Allison Potter and husband Jeff; son, Wesley Skinner and wife Christina; son Carl Ray Skinner and wife Alida; grandchildren, Ande, Aubrey, and Oliver; sisters, Luella Stephenson and husband Jerry; Retha Carney and Sandy Colberg and husband Chad.
Wesley was an Army veteran and retired police officer. His Retirement pastimes were camping, driving his tractor and spending time with his family.
A graveside service for Wesley will be held Friday, February 14, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 HIGHWAY 5 N, ALEXANDER, AR 72002.
