Dear Serge,
We are so sorry to hear of your tragic loss.  Donna was a special woman, so full of energy and desire to help others.  So very many people will miss her dearly.  

Our prayers are with you and your family today and in the days ahead.  May God's care, and that 'peace that passes all understanding' be with you all.

To Serge and Matt, and the entire Duss family:  we mourn the unexpected loss of Donna Duss.  Your church family at the National Presbyterian Church of Washington, DC, shares this great moment of grief.  For many years, we have occupied the same pew at NPC with Serge and Donna Duss.  Each Sunday we would share a greeting of blessing and thanksgiving.  Donna was always cheerful and gracious, and as a nurse was always available to assist those who might be a special need. Along with their sons, and the extended members of the Duss family, we share your great loss.  Rudy and Anne deLeon.

Dear Serge and family, My father, Gordon Cathey, wanted me to express his deepest sympathies to you, Brian, and the entire family on the passing of your dear wife, mother, grandmother, nurse, sister in Christ, Donna Duss!  My father was on the Shell Point Board for many years and so enjoyed working with Donna who was also on the Board.  He very much respected her insights, spiritual wisdom, and professional expertise.  He, and I, were so saddened to hear of her passing,  and yet she brought glory to Christ in her life, her suffering, dying, and death, and resurrection.  Now she is with Abba who is the Sovereign Lord of the universe; with Jesus, her Lord and Savior; with the Holy Spirit who brings comfort to all of you.
