Gisela (Frankie) Carroll, 94, passed Feb. 7, 2016 of natural causes peacefully with family at her side at The Fairfax in Fort Belvoir Virginia. Survived by her son Michael, daughter in law Sally and grandson Christopher. Born in Gorlitz, Germany. Loving wife to Edward Carroll for over 60 years until his passing in 2012. Gisela loved her family and many friends and always had a beautiful smile for us with that special sparkle in her beautiful blue eyes. Always giving of herself to helps others she had an unrelenting positive outlook on life.
A memorial service will be held at Quantico National Cemetery, day and time to be determined. We will miss her, but, keep her spirit in our hearts.
