On Sunday, March 2, 2014 of Alexandria, VA. He was the beloved husband of the late Odessa V. Toney. Father of Donald D. Toney (deceased) Joe Toney, Ginger Toney-Timmons and her husband Bob, Mitzi Toney and her husband Robin. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; His beloved dog Olive. He was predeceased by one granddaughter.
