June DePrice Thomas, nee’ Johannes, 101, of Alexandria Virginia, and a native of Washington, D.C., passed away on the April 29, 2023, after an extended decline. Her husband, Randal, predeceased her as did her daughter, Eileen Richardson, nee’ Loefler. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Loefler and son, Kevin Thomas (Denise), 10 Grandchildren, 17 Great-Grandchildren, 7 Great-Great-Grandchildren. A private viewing and service for family members will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023, at 11:00 A.M., at Demaines funeral home, Alexandria. Interment to follow at Mount Comfort Cemetery.
