Kenneth Dale Duggin of Alexandria, VA passed away peacefully on September 8, 2026. Born in 1933 in Woodward, Oklahoma. Graduated from George Washington University in 1955. After college, served 3 years in USAF from 1956-1959. Upon completion of military service, commenced career in construction business building apartment projects in Virginia, Maryland and D.C. and later went on to build multiple self-service storage facilities in the metropolitan area. Served as President of the Self-Service Association from 1982-1983 and thereafter served as Chairman and Director of numerous committees. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Peggy W. Duggin, his sister Royce D. Foster of Marina, California and brother Michael D. Duggin of Heber City, Utah. He is preceded by his son Michael W. Duggin of Alexandria, Virginia.
A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 24th at 11:00 am at Pohick Episcopal Church, 9301 Richmond Hwy, Lorton, Virginia.
