Madeleine Grace Chigwida was born on Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 3:34 a.m. at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. Madeleine passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 due to multiple complications related to her prematurity. She is survived by her parents, Simba and Malynn Chigwida, and her twin brother, Colin Max Chigwida, and preceded in death by her brother, Matthew Samuel Chigwida.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the March of Dimes in honor of their precious Madeleine Grace.
