On July 8, 2014, in Alexandria, VA. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Viola; son Mark; and daughter Carol and son-in-law Robert Harvey. A graduate of George Washington University, Martin was a pharmacist in the Alexandria area for many years. He served in the Navy during World War II. A funeral mass will be held on Monday morning at St. Louis Catholic Church in Alexandria. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Martin’s name to the Inova Health Foundation.
