I only just today learned of Nancy’s passing.
Such sad and heartbreaking news.
I only met Nancy last April,  when she asked me to help with her beloved Greer’s meeting manners! From that initial meeting, I knew Nancy was one of a kind. Intelligent, funny and totally committed to Greer. 
What a lovely person.
May you Rest In Peace dear Nancy.

I’m still in shock- I’m still crying over this! Knowing we talked at end of September after my brother passing away you told me you were here if I needed you!  I really was not ready for this! You really helped me so much I hope you really knew this! I’m so very thankful we just talked and I’m so very thankful for the friend- co worker and Chief of Staff you were.  Scars in Heaven will be the song for you forever and always! I know you must have wanted to get to heaven to check on Fi! We will miss you!

Nancy was such an inspiration to me. She was a mentor,  a confidante, and a friend. I miss the emails we shared to make sure we said things the right way. What I respected most was that she said what she meant and meant what she said.  I consider her a legend and will do my best to honor her memory of integrity. I extend love and peace to her family.

I was saddened to hear of Nancy's passing.  Nancy was such an interesting person.  I worked with her, but enjoyed hearing her exploits with her dog and other adventures.  She was insightful, witty, with just enough brass to fit into the guys world we navigate.  She mentored me when I was a newby.  She will be missed.

Nancy had many gifts and was generous with them.  She kept an eye out for her neighbors.  She volunteered her own time to manage on going community repairs and regular maintenance.   A magnanimous soul, she will be dearly missed.  I send heartfelt condolences  to the family and friends she has left behind.

She was brilliant, witty, kind and tough--I was lucky to call her friend.   

Nancy was a mentor to many Puget Sound Naval Shipyard employees. She was well respected by many for her knowledge, candor and personality.  Nancy was always someone you went to for the answer and wisdom whether In the Shipyard or in DC . She was a wealth of knowledge. She did not pull punches with anyone. I can still hear her laughter.  She will be sorely missed by many. Definitely a loss … way to soon. RIP Nanc 

Nancy was a dear friend.  Not only did we work together but we also played baseball together.  Nancy was one hustling catcher....so many fond memories with Nancy.  Rest in peace Nancy❤
