CARPENTER, Richard Ralph (age 70) of Arlington, VA, died from cancer at Halquist Hospice Inpatient Hospital on Saturday, April 8, 2017. He retired as a Contracting Officer, Marine Corps Systems Command, in 2002. Loving son of the late Ralph A. & Esther L. Carpenter. Survived by his sister Suzanne L. Carpenter of Alhambra, CA.
