Robert Stuart Simms passed on June 1, 2025. Formally of Alexandria, Woodbridge and Shipman Virginia.
He was preceded by Lily Mae and Charles Simms; parents, Pearl Burk; sister, Jay Heflin and Charlie Jessup; nephews.
Robert graduated high school in 1969 from Mount Vernon High School. He was an Army Cook during the Vietnam War.
He became an Auto Body Repair and Painter for Paint by Chip and R and R Auto Body.
He leaves behind Colleen Embrey; wife, Dianne Jessup and Darlene Henderson; sisters, Richard Simms; brother, and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Robert will be held Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Demaine Funeral Homes. Inc., 520 S. Washington St., Alexandria, VA 22314.
