On August 3, 2013 in Alexandria, VA. Husband of 61 years of Rose Jeanne Hobart; father of Robert Hobart (Ronnette) of Fairfax Station, VA, David Hobart and Duncan Hobart of Alexandria, VA. A son, Charles, died in 1965. Grandfather of Stephanie Hobart and Angela Hobart. Thomas is survived by a sister, Helen. A brother, Robert and sister, Emily predeceased him. Thomas was a civil service employee of the Navy Department for 43 years. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, August 7 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Demaine Funeral Home, 520 S. Washington St., Alexandria, VA, where a memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 8 at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Roanoke, VA on Friday.
